Dear friends of the Mirada A ssociation

We are beginning a new phase in our activity with the opening of a real gallery right in the old city centre of  Ravenna.

This phase is obviously very critical: it is based on a fascination for the risk that typifies our work, in the certainty that without the ability to dare it is not possible to change.

Obviously in times when funds for culture, especially in regard to researching new ideas and experimentation, are considerably less and subject to a continual sense of precariousness, our model, that explores different patronal models which bank on the promotion of young authors outside the circuits of the art market, is particularly risky.

Finding support for experimental programmes such as ours is without doubt a bet. For this reason the Mirada Association is making an appeal to those interested in enabling a contemporary artistic future, which searches for deeper ethical meaning, to survive and disseminate new ways of interpreting reality.

A donation of 1 euro or more makes a great difference for us. 
Your generous contribution will enable us to continue to bring authors into Italy that move outside the commerce of the great supermarkets of art and which give us interpretations of reality with their works.

You will also enable us to continue to support and promote young artists, to invest in projects such as the site for Kufia, pencils for Palestine and to make our contribution to social communication campaigns.

Those making a donation of at least 50 euros will be sent a gift of all the issues of inguine magazine and the T-shirt of the Komikazen festival.
